SANTA MONICA, Calif. The victim reported that the driver picked her up last Wednesday in the 300 block of Arizona Avenue, but instead of taking her home, he drove to the 3000 block of Barnard Way and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect is described as Middle Eastern, about 56 years old, 5 foot 9 inches, 155 pounds, with short black and gray hair. He was driving a yellow four-door taxi cab with black lettering.
