The California State Board of Equalization announced Tuesday its list of largest unpaid tax delinquencies. The list totals $72 million in unpaid sales and use taxes.
Jerome Horton, vice chairperson of the state board, wrote an assembly bill in 2006 that publicizes the list every year as a way of prompting payment by the list's biggest offenders.
