The company said after meeting with Fiji's leaders, it has agreed to a large tax hike imposed by the military-led government.
The company had said it would close operations in Fiji after the Fiji government said it was raising the tax applicable to Fiji Water to 15 cents a liter from one third of a cent.
About 400 workers would have lost their jobs if the plant closed.
