Before sentencing, Finch, 56, apologized to the teenagers, saying he had little memory of the activities because of alcohol. He also told a judge he was embarrassed, disgusted and ashamed.
Police said Finch was arrested in March after a boy reported having sexual contact with him at his Newark, Ohio, home.
Finch later admitted having sexual contact with other teenage boys ranging in age from 13 to 17.
