Hill's trial was to start Thursday, but prosecutors said the case will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for several months. He would not be required to admit guilt.
Hill's lawyer, however, said it is likely they will reject the deal because his client didn't do anything wrong.
The alleged victim's father said his son was painfully penetrated for at least 30 seconds.
