2nd man arrested in fatal OC bakery shooting

SANTA ANA, Calif. Santa Ana police took Frankie Giraldo into custody Wedneday and booked him for murder.

He's accused of taking part in a deadly shooting at La Chapina Bakery in Santa Ana in October.

The victim was shot in the back while pouring coffee.

Another suspect, Israel Peña Lopez, 35, has also been arrested in the case.

Investigators said Lopez walked in and shot Alejandro Sanchez, 32, several times in the back while he poured coffee at the counter.
