He is also accused of having sex with a 32-year-old tummy tuck patient on an exam table in 2009.
On Nov. 15, Knight and his attorney, Peter R. Osinoff, submitted paperwork to a law judge agreeing to surrender his license. The medical board approved the license surrender on Thursday, according to court records.
Knight will officially give up his license Dec. 15. Knight has been co-owner of Anaheim Hills Surgery Center.
