LOS ANGELES --
More than two dozen positive identifications have been made following the release of 180 images seized from the home of the suspected "Grim Sleeper" serial killer suspect Lonnie Franklin Jr.Detectives say they've been able to remove 29 photos from the group of images released last week.
Eight of them were duplicates and one was a previously known victim.
Of the remaining 20, most are alive and well, although some have died from natural causes.
A few have been identified as missing persons.
The lawyer representing Franklin says the release of the pictures may taint the jury pool.
