Shaq, who currently plays center for the Boston Celtics, is literally the tallest to stand before the orchestra. Some of the orchestra members even wore Celtics jerseys to show their support.
Shaq led the orchestra though a variety of songs, including a Michael Jackson hit, Queen's "We Are the Champions" and some Christmas classics.
The Boston Pops Orchestra has a long history of guest conductors, including other sports stars. But Shaq is the first NBA player to take the stage at Boston's Symphony Hall.
