Woman arrested for stealing holiday packages
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. Police arrested 42-year-old Melanie Astin after seeing her follow a delivery truck and then finding stolen packages in her car. Packages left by UPS, FedEx and other couriers had been stolen from the front porches of homes throughout the city.
