A man is facing legal trouble for allegedly hitting a teenager who wouldn't turn off his phone on an airplane late Tuesday.According to police, 68-year-old Russell Miller struck the 15-year-old boy as the Southwest flight from Las Vegas was approaching the Boise airport.

Miller was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after the plane landed in Boise.

Police say Miller told officers he smacked the boy with the back of his hand because he refused to follow the directions of the flight crew and wanted to get his attention.
