Thanks to new technology, doctors may soon be able to give critical care to patients before they even reach the hospital. A pilot program, kicking off in Cincinnati, Ohio, is using specially equipped ambulances to help save lives.

High-definition video conference technology, transport AV computers, rotating cameras and digital stethoscopes all help physicians give more accurate care to patients before meeting face to face.
