Plane skids past snowy runway in Wyoming

An American Airlines plane carrying 180 passengers skidded off a snowy runway Wednesday at Jackson Hole Airport in Wyoming.No one was hurt in the incident.

Flight 2253 had left from Chicago and was trying to land at the airport, which reported light snow falling.

The plane shot past the end of the runway and came to rest in deep snow.

Airline officials are still trying to figure out why the plane went off the runway.
