RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. --
Lindsay Lohan is set to be released from rehab on Monday. The troubled actress voluntarily checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage in October for alcohol and drug addiction. Lohan remains on probation for a 2007 drunken driving conviction and is under investigation for alleged misdemeanor battery on a Betty Ford worker.
She's been warned that if she violates her probation or fails a drug test before her next court date in February, she will be sent back to jail.
On New Year's Day, Lohan tweeted "Today is the first day of the rest of my life."
