Taylor Swift, 21 and Jake Gyllenhaal, 30, have reportedly broken up after a short-lived romance.
The actor and country music singer spent Thanksgiving weekend together, cozying up with maple lattes in Brooklyn and attending a taping of "Saturday Night Live."
But the two celebrated their December birthdays apart after breaking up last month and have not been seen publicly since December 9, People magazine said, adding that they also rang in the new year separately, with Swift in Nashville and Gyllenhaal in New York.
The stars have not commented on the reported breakup.
Swift has sung about her previous relationships. Her previous album, "Speak Now," which was released in October, featured songs said to be about her various reported love interests, including "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas and John Mayer.
Gyllenhaal split from Reese Witherspoon around November 2009 after dating for nearly three years. Witherspoon announced her engagement to agent Jim Toth this December.
