Khloe Kardashian has confirmed she and husband Lamar Odom of the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team will receive their own reality show that will offer a humorous look at their lives as a married couple.
Kardashian, 26, married Odom, 31, in September 2009. She said they will soon begin filming their new series, called "Khloe & Lamar." The show will air on E! Entertainment Television, which carries "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," a reality show that features her sister Kim and other family members, as well as her other spin-off, "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami."
"It's been an option since we got married, but we wanted to enjoy our first year in private," Kardashian said on her blog. "With 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians,' only a very small part of our life together is shown, but with this show, we're putting it ALL out there LOL."
"Rob will play a major role in this too since he lives with us," she added, referring to her younger brother. "He's basically like our son LOL. With the three of us living together, it's honestly like a sitcom. Trust me, there will be a lot of laughs. Lamar and I could not be more thrilled about this. It's show time baby!!!!"
It was reported in late December that Kardashian and Odom were developing a "Newlyweds"-type reality show.
Her sisters Kim and Kourtney also star in a new spin-off series called "Kourtney and Kim Take New York", which is set to air in January 2011.
