Raven-Symone, who starred in the Disney Channel series "That's So Raven," showed off a slimmer figure at the 2011 People's Choice Awards on Wednesday but says that she doesn't like the way people stare at her now.
The 25-year-old actress and singer, who also played little Olivia on "The Cosby Show" in the 1980s, has not disclosed how many pounds she lost or how she dropped the weight.
"I thought I looked fabulous before and nobody else did," she told People magazine at the event. "Now I wear bigger clothes because I don't like the way people stare at me. I liked it before. Now, you're just looking at me for the wrong reasons. Before, you were actually looking at me for a real reason."
Raven-Symone starred in "The Cosby Show" between 1989 and 1992. "That's So Raven," a comedy series, ran between 2003 and 2007 and also starred Kyle Massey, who recently competed on the ABC ballroom dancing series "Dancing With the Stars."
In recent years, Raven-Symone has appeared on shows such as "Sonny With a Chance" and the television movies, "Revenge of the Bridesmaids" and "The Great State of Georgia." She recently told OnTheRedCarpet.com that she has filmed a pilot for ABC Family and is working on her fifth album (see video below).
