The car immediately burst into flames. The father got out, but his leg was broken and he couldn't get to the girl.
A neighbor heard the crash and ran to the scene.
"One of the other neighbors said there's a baby still in the truck so I jumped in the back of the truck, cut the car seat straps and pulled the baby out," said Tom Porter.
The car was incinerated. Incredibly, the baby was not injured.
