The shooting happened a week ago Wednesday in a playground area between two apartment complexes on Oxford Drive.
Quinn McCaleb, 17, and 16-year-old Andrew Jackson died in the shooting. Two others were hurt.
The shooter is described as a Latino male in his late teens.
It's still unclear what prompted the shooting.
