Sandra Bullock says she and Ryan Reynolds are not involved romantically, following reports the two spent New Year's Eve together in Texas.
"I think there'll be a collective sigh amongst women across the United States when I say he's not my lovah, he's just an amazing friend I've had for 10 years," the 46-year-old actress told NBC's Al Roker at the recent 2011 Golden Globe Awards in a segment that aired on the "Today" show. "I don't get his loving after dark."
Bullock's spokesperson said earlier this month that the actress and Reynolds, 34, are just friends. Bullock also said Louis, the baby son she adopted early last year ahead of her divorce from West Coast Choppers CEO Jesse James, is the only man in her life at the moment, adding: "That's all I can handle."
Bullock and Reynolds starred in the 2009 film "The Proposal" with Betty White. Bullock announced in January 2010 her plans to divorce James, who has since admitted he cheated on her. Their divorce was finalized the following June.
Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson, 26, filed for divorce in December after two years of marriage. They have no children.
