Amber Alert issued for 4-yr-old boy

PATTERSON, Calif. Juliani is described as a Hispanic boy, 3 feet 6 inches tall and 40 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a light blue shirt.

The suspect is his mother's former boyfriend, 27-year-old Jose Rodriguez. Rodriguez is not the father of the child.

Rodriguez is driving a silver Toyota Corolla with California license plate number 6HBW445. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Rodriguez was last seen wearing a white and black shirt, checkered pants and a beanie.

Police say Rodriguez is a dangerous man with an extensive criminal record.
