Australia hot air balloon lands in bay

MELBOURNE Conditions for flying were perfect when the group took off over Melbourne, but then the wind changed. The balloon started coming down over the water, the wind picked it up again, and blew it farther out over the water. Water started filling up the balloon.

"We were thinking it wouldn't be nice in the bay at this time of day with all of our cameras and holiday pics. We weren't worried for our lives but we did think we were going to have to swim," said one of the passengers.

The police towed the balloon to safety. There were no life-jackets onboard the balloon. The company is now considering adding them.
