Celebrity spa owner agrees to plea deal

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.

Maria Hashemipour, 51, will plead guilty to one count of access device fraud. The 40 other counts against her will be dropped.

Prosecutors allege she used credit card information from celebrity clients to ring up bogus charges. She could face up to 10 years in prison and fines up to $250,000, and be forced to pay her clients back. She could also be deported as part of her plea deal with prosecutors.

The salon's website claims /*Cher*/, /*Halle Berry*/, and /*Jennifer Aniston*/ as clients.
