HEMET, Calif. --
A man barricaded inside a Hemet house forced authorities to lock down a nearby elementary school Friday. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department said they were called to a house on the 42000 block of Harmony Drive at 9:58 a.m. A court service deputy, who executes arrest warrants and other judicial orders, encountered the suspect and called for backup.
