At about 10 a.m. Friday, deputies arrived with an eviction notice. About five hours later, deputies sent in a robot which relayed images that showed the man was dead.
The man's name was not immediately released.
Little Lake Elementary School about a block away from the scene was placed under lockdown as members of a bomb squad and SWAT team surrounded the house.
Students were eventually released early to their parents.
