The cast of "New Year's Eve" grows with the addition of musician Jon Bon Jovi and "Saturday Night Live" head writer and cast member Seth Meyers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Jessica Biel, Lea Michele, Sofia Vergara, Hilary Swank, Ashton Kutcher, Robert De Niro, Halle Berry and Michelle Pfeiffer have all signed on for the film.
Jon Bon Jovi, who has acted before with roles in "Ally McBeal," "U-571," and "Moonlight and Valentino," will play the rock star ex of Halle Berry's character. Meyers will play the broke husband of Jessica Biel's character who tries to urge his wife to deliver the first baby of the New Year to win $25,000.
The news comes just a month after it was announced that "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker signed on to join the cast. In the movie, Parker will play the dependent mother of "Little Miss Sunshine" star Abigail Breslin.
The film will be directed by Garry Marshall, who also directed the 2010 film "Valentine's Day". "New Year's Eve" will have a similar plot as Marshall's last film, where characters' storylines intertwine throughout the film over the course of New Year's Eve.
