Clean bedrooms contribute to better sleep

A survey by the National Sleep Foundation found that people with comfortable, clean rooms sleep better.

People who make their beds almost every day were almost 20 percent more likely to report getting a good night sleep.

Nine out of 10 people questioned said a comfortable mattress and pillow were important. Three out of four reported sleeping longer and feeling better when their sheets had a clean, fresh scent.
