Gracie headed straight for the phone when her mother fell down and didn't get up.
Her mom had just taught her about calling 911 that day, and Gracie learned fast.
"She was even able to tell me what was going on with her mom, why she fell and further described it," said dispatcher Tammy Adamson. "She actually knew what was going on."
"She fell down and had a seizure," Gracie said.
Gracie's mom is OK now.
She says what happened to her family proves it's never too early to teach kids how to dial 911 to get help in an emergency.
