Miley Cyrus has reportedly gotten a fifth tattoo - a picture of a dream catcher inked on her torso.
"It's a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters," a friend close to Cyrus, the 18-year-old singer and star of the Disney Channel series "Hannah Montana," told People magazine.
Cyrus' other tattoos consist of a heart and a small cross on her fingers, the word 'love" on her ear and the phrase "just breathe" on her rib cage in honor of a close friend who died of cystic fibrosis, People said.
Cyrus has not commented on the report. She is the middle child among her siblings, whose aged rage from 11 to 23.
"Hannah Montana" ended in January after four seasons. Cyrus played main character Miley Stewart, an ordinary teenage girl whose alter ego is a pop star. Her real-life father, singer Billy Ray Cyrus, portrays her on-screen dad, Robby Ray Stewart. The series spurred a 2009 movie and a wide variety of branded merchandise.
Cyrus, who began her acting career when she was eight, told OnTheRedCarpet.com in July that she had outgrown the series.
"If we could do this show forever, we would," Cyrus said. "But there's no way to take this character and make it 'Hannah Montana Goes to College' and then Hannah Montana does what, what happens next? I think I'm just growing at just the right time, being able to put an end on this chapter and start a new one, at the right time.
In recent years, Cyrus has been focusing her attention on the big screen. She starred in "The Last Song" in 2010 and will be starring in the 2011 film "LOL: Laughing Out Loud" with Demi Moore. Cyrus plays a girl who deals with high school romances and friendships as well as overbearing parents. She has also recently been filming the sorority comedy movie "So Undercover" with Kelly Osbourne.
However, Cyrus' transition to grown-up film star has hit a few bumps, most recently with a video surfacing in December on TMZ that showed her smoking out of a bong, swearing and laughing uncontrollably.
Cyrus' spokesperson denied comment on the footage. TMZ reported she was smoking the natural herb salvia, which is legal in California and has hallucinogenic effects.
