Anaheim pot shop has neighbors up in arms

ANAHEIM, Calif.

Homeowners in the area of Harbor Boulevard and Chestnut Street say they are frustrated and angry. They are trying to figure out how and if they can remove the business that opened in January.

"We'd like it to shut down, and that's about it," said neighbor Lisa Rick. "We do not want anything to do with it here."

The city of Anaheim is in a court battle over its ordinance banishing such establishments. Because of that lawsuit, the city has not shut down the dispensary on Chestnut Street for fear of another legal fight.

That has residents frustrated because they said the dispensary doesn't have a license.

The dispensary did not return requests for comment.
