Authorities said a neighbor called saying an adult male was chasing girls while masturbating at the Victorian Mobile Home Park at 2040 Park Dr. at 4:40 p.m.
When officers arrived, the suspect, identified as 31-year-old Daniel Gutierrez of Ventura, attempted to flee on foot. Gutierrez was eventually arrested for child annoyance, indecent exposure and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
No one was injured in this incident.
