David Wells has surveillance cameras placed around his house. One of the cameras happened to catch his neighbor stealing his snow shovel to dig out her car after one of the city's biggest blizzards.
She never returned the shovel so Wells decided to teach her a lesson. He used his new, high-powered snow blower, all while his own surveillance camera was rolling.
"I got a little, I guess passive aggressive," said Wells. "And I got a new snow blower so I was kind of excited to bury her car."
Wells says it took his neighbor four hours to dig her car out from under the snow he blew back onto it.
He later posted the video on YouTube. Wells says if she had just asked, he would have gladly let her use his shovel.
