The license of Nadya Suleman's fertility doctor is in jeopardy.

Wednesday, the State Medical Board refused to follow a judge's recommendation. It would have allowed Dr. Michael Kamrava to continue practicing while he serves his five years probation.

The board will reach its decision at a future meeting. The doctor has admitted that he implanted the mother of the octuplets with twelve embryos.

That's six times the normal number for a woman of her age.
