Jude Law will be a presenter at the at the 2011 Academy Awards, whose ceremony takes place on February 27 and airs live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
The actor, who received his first nomination in 1999 for his supporting role in "The Talented Mr. Ripley," joins a long list of celebrities who will be on hand to hand out the awards. Others set to present at the 2011 Academy Awards include Hugh Jackman, Robert Downey Jr., Halle Berry, Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock, Marisa Tomei and Oprah Winfrey.
Law was also nominated for his lead performance in the 2003 film "Cold Mountain." He and fellow Oscar presenter Robert Downey Jr. are currently shooting the sequel to "Sherlock Holmes" with "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" star Noomi Rapace.
In addition, Law is working with critically acclaimed directors Steven Soderbergh and Martin Scorsese on two separate projects due out next year.
