Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer have finalized their divorce, giving the "Frasier" actor the green light to marry fiance Kayte Walsh.
Kelsey Grammer, 55, and Camille Grammer, a 42-year-old former Playboy model who appears on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," married in 1997. She filed for divorce in July. The actor and Walsh, a 29-year-old British flight attendant, were photographed in public in August.
"I'm sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead," People magazine quoted Camille Grammer as saying in a statement recently. "What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly co-parent our two wonderful children. And I wish Kelsey and Kayte love and happiness in their new marriage."
Kelsey Grammer's spokesperson declined comment. The actor announced in December that he planned to marry Walsh and said last month that he wanted the wedding to take place in February. Walsh became pregnant with his fifth child last year but later suffered a miscarriage.
In her divorce filing, Camille Grammer stated she is seeking physical custody of her and Kelsey Grammer's children - Mason, 9, and Jude, 6. The former couple has not disclosed details about a custody agreement or about how they plan on dividing their financial assets.
