OTRC: Lindsay Lohan set to present David Letterman's Top Ten List

Lindsay Lohan is set to make an appearance on the "Late Show With David Letterman" this week by presenting the host's Top Ten List, according to People.

The late night talk show host has poked fun at Lohan's recent legal trouble several times over the past week. On February 9, he devoted an entire Top Ten List to Lohan and took another dig on Sunday at the Grammys.

Referring to Lohan's recent charge of felony grand theft Letterman joked, "Lindsay Lohan seen leaving the Staples Center with a Grammy-shaped bulge," in a Top Ten List called "Surprises at the 2011 Grammys."

The actress recently pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony grand theft involving a $2,500 necklace that a Los Angeles jewelry store had reported missing.

Meanwhile, her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said in a statement carried by CNN that Lohan is innocent and that her case is "entirely defensible" but that they "will entertain a discussion concerning a plea if it means no jail so that she can move forward with her recovery and her career."

The 24-year-old "Mean Girls" actress is on probation stemming from a 2007 drunk driving case. If convicted of her current felony charge, she could be sent to state prison for up to three years, which would mark her fourth stint behind bars.

"I just want to be on set again, and left alone to just work!" Lohan said on her Twitter page on Thursday. "Fyi- i would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal... also, what i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it's just absurd."

Lohan entered her plea at a Los Angeles court on Wednesday and wore a tight, white and long-sleeved mini-dress and sunglasses. She then posted a $40,000 bond.
