Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg, Google chief executive Eric Schmidt, and Steve Jobs, the Apple founder and CEO are among the group of executives the president will meet with at a private home. The heads of Twitter, Yahoo and NetFlix are also scheduled to attend.
The main discussion will be American innovation and job growth. It is part of a series of meetings the president has had with business leaders to find ways to collaborate to expand the economy and create jobs.
Obama is trying to get business leaders behind his spending on high-tech initiatives.
