Save the date! Prince William and his bride-to-be, Kate Middleton, have sent out the invitations to their highly anticipated royal wedding to around 1,900 guests.
The wedding, which takes place at Westminster Abbey ceremony on April 29, will feature high profile guests and English royalty. Though the names of the guests have not been released, it has been confirmed that Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, has not been invited.
Her office said in a statement to the Associated Press that she "won't be attending and she was never expecting to attend."
It isn't known whether celebrities such as Elton John, are among those who will receive the invite. Britain's Sunday Express newspaper reported that Soccer star David Beckham and his wife Victoria are on the royal guest list, though the Beckhams have not commented on the report.
In a statement, the Prince's office said it would not disclose details of individual guests. About 1,000 guests will be the family and friends of the prince, his bride and their parents. Around 80 guests will come from charities which the prince supports, including African wildlife charity Tusk, and Centrepoint, which helps young homeless people.
The invitations, which can be seen below, were mailed out in pale brown envelopes on Wednesday and Thursday. Each one bears the queen's royal seal and invites guests to attend the ceremony at 11 a.m. Attendees are asked to dress in "uniform, morning coat or lounge suit."
The ceremony is set to begin at 11 a.m. (GMT) which is 6 a.m. (ET), according to the official Twitter account to Clarence House, which posts official updates for The Prince. Middleton will arrive at Westminster Abbey by car, not in a glass coach which William's mother, the late Princess Diana, used in her ceremony.
"The Archbishop of Canterbury will marry Prince William and Miss Middleton, and the Bishop of London will give the address," said one tweet. Another announced, "The Prince of Wales will host a private dinner, followed by dancing, at Buckingham Palace in the evening, for close friends and family."
Prince Harry named as the best man and Middleton's sister Pippa will act as her maid of honor.
