Police said a Pasadena Parks and Recreation employee discovered the body in Parking Lot 1 at approximately 5:20 a.m.
Authorities do not have any possible suspects or witnesses.
Officers received a call of shots fired nearby at about 4 a.m. Police said they did not know if it is a suicide or a homicide case.
Officials said the body belongs to a black male in his 30s.
