Authorities confiscate breast milk ice cream

LONDON

Creators of the unusual dessert call it "Baby Gaga," and insisted it was "organic, free-range and totally natural."

The company paid women who responded to an online ad to donate their breast milk. It was then pasteurized and churned together with vanilla pods and lemon zest.

But after some complaints, local authorities stepped in to confiscate the ice cream. Officials are investigating whether selling "foods" made from bodily fluids violates British food safety laws.
