Police said the incident happened at the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 1700 East Gonzales Road in Oxnard.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male between 45 to 50 years old with a mustache. He was wearing a blue "LA" baseball cap with a blue or black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and sunglasses.
