Joe Jonas has broken the hearts of many fans and even some of the biggest pop stars in the industry. Taylor Swift famously recounted the 27 second phone call where the Jonas brother dumped her in 2008 during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show"and said that her heartbreak song, "Forever & Always" was inspired by him.
Now the 21-year-old singer is speaking about his latest romance with "Twilight" actress Ashley Greene.
"I think what works about it is she really puts my feelings first," Jonas tells Details magazine about his relationship with Greene. "She understands my busy schedule. She'll fly out to my shows -- she's been to places in South America that I can't even pronounce."
Besides Greene and Swift, he has dated Disney star Demi Lovato and the actress Camilla Belle. The singer goes on to reveal in the interview that he was left heartbroken by an unnamed ex who works in an entertainment industry.
"I won't say her name," Jonas tells the magazine. "But I was in a relationship, and we tried to work things out, and she, you know -- I was really upset because she -- she broke up with me."
As for Swift's song, the young singer who is currently finishing work on a solo album says, "I think all artists have a right to write about what happens to them. But, I have a right to write about things too."
The middle Jonas brother also reveals that he was the one who first hit on Danielle Delesea, who eventually became his sister-in-law after she married his older brother and fellow bandmate Kevin Jonas in 2009.
"Actually, I hit on her first," he says of Delesea, who he spotted when the band was on vacation in the Bahamas. "And after that she and Kevin hit it off, of course. Now we have a fourth person traveling with us everywhere, so that's a different thing completely."
