After weeks of waiting from both Kurt and Gleeks alike, Blaine on "Glee" finally realized he had feelings for Kurt and the two locked lips ... twice!
While the pair was last seen holding hands at the end of the latest episode, Darren Criss says that may not mean the two Warblers are officially sealed as a couple.
"By no means are we official on Facebook or anything, I don't know what constitutes a real relationship," Criss told OnTheRedCarpet.com at the Paley Fest event for "Glee" on Wednesday. "Obviously things have been addressed and Blaine has owned up to his feelings and sort of reconciled everything in his head about Kurt, which is the first step to that."
"I don't know if it's 'offish,' "Darren added, "I think they're a thing for sure."
Both Criss and Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt on the show and won a Golden Globe for his work with the role, remained tight lipped about the pair's future.
"I don't know, we'll see because maybe Kurt's going back to the New Directions and maybe that's going to be a conflict between the two," Colfer said about the his character's future. According to Entertainment Weekly, it was confirmed that Kurt would be returning to both New Directions and McKinley High after his bully-free stint at the Dalton Academy.
So what was it like filming their big smooch some fans had been waiting months for? Well, Colfer says that the scene took about 12 takes to make sure the camera got every angle of the big moment.
"We went for it, yeah. It was a surprise to me," Colfer said. The actor joked that at the end of filming, "We both have mono. Our lips were chapped. "
