Authorities said the suspect was pacing back and forth when he flashed three girls as they walked toward Ermanita Avenue. Officials believe the suspect may have exposed himself to other children in the area as well as cars passing on 182nd Street.
The man is described as Latino, about 30 years old, 6 feet tall with very short brown hair. He was said to be wearing DK brand sunglasses during the incidents.
