Two men were reportedly drinking alcoholic beverages together. Witnesses told police the suspect and victim began fighting with each other, and one man pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times. The suspect then fled the scene.
The victim was transported to Riverside Community Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Matthew Joel Estrada, 23, was arrested several blocks away. Estrada was booked at Riverside County Jail for murder.
The victim was not identified, pending notification of next of kin.
