Four homes were yellow-tagged on Monday, and last week, four homes were red-tagged. Officials say a chunk of the neighborhood slipped about 10 feet over the weekend.
Fences came down, windows cracked and there are visible cracks in the hillside. Officials believe a nearby hill is so unstable it could come crashing down at any moment.
The neighborhood is located about 20 miles north of Oakland.
