Tara Reid mocks herself in a fake "Big Lebowski 2" trailer after mistakenly saying earlier this year that she would be working on a sequel to Ethan and Joel Coen's comedy film "Big Lebowski."
The Coen brothers had said after Reid's comments that they weren't working on a sequel to the 1998 flick.
In the original movie, Reid played Bunny, the Big Lebowski's young trophy wife who was once a porn star. In the recently released trailer made for FunnyOrDie.com, Reid portrays all the characters from the original film, except for Bunny.
Reid clarified that she made the comments after hearing about Jeff Bridges' (who played Jeff Lebowski in the original film) remarks about the cast getting back together.
"I was in Europe, and my mom called me up and she said, 'I was watching Entertainment Tonight and Jeff Bridges was on it, and he said that everyone's coming back for a sequel.' I was like, 'Great, that sounds amazing.' So that's what happened there," Entertainment Weekly quoted Reid as saying.
Reid said she didn't talk to the Coen brothers after making her remarks, but said she would be up to working on a real sequel if they have one.
As for "American Pie 4," Reid said shooting is set to begin at the end of May.
