'Your Highness' pushes R-rating envelope

LOS ANGELES

The film is an adventure comedy set in medieval times. McBride and Franco play sibling princes who team up with a warrior, played by Natalie Portman, to rescue Franco's fiancée from an evil wizard.

"I feel like comedy is something that definitely divides people. You know, certain things make people laugh and certain things do not make people laugh," said McBride.

Justin Theroux said the world can be separated into "two groups of people."

"There's people who find fart jokes funny and farts funny and there's people who do not find farts funny or fart jokes funny. I am with the people who find them funny," said Theroux.

The film gets its "R" rating for strong crude and sexual content, pervasive language, nudity, violence and some drug use.

"There's certain things that needed to be cut back in the editing room, but on set, it's kind of like 'anything goes,'" said Franco. "It was obvious that we got along and I think they're the funniest guys around."
