Ventura Police offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of two strong-arm robbery suspects.

Two suspects were reportedly loitering in the Wild Side Smoke Shop on Main St. in Ventura Monday at about 10:45 p.m. after the store closed.

The store clerk asked the suspects to leave the premises. The two suspects responded in a threatening manner, reportedly telling the clerk they would take whatever they wanted.

The clerk, fearing for his safety, did not confront the suspects. The two suspects took several items and left through the front door of the store. The clerk was not injured.

The first suspect was described as a white male in his early 20s, standing 6 feet 4 inches tall with a heavyset build, with a shaved head and tattoos on his arms.

The second suspect was described as a Hispanic male standing 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build, a shaved head, also in his early 20s.

Anyone with information related to the incident was asked to contact the Ventura Police Dept. Anonymous tips may be reported at (800) 222-TIPS. Information leading to an arrest could result in a $1,000 cash reward.
