Dodger executives are now reconsidering a promotion to sell half-priced beers at several games starting next week.

Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich criticized the idea in the wake of last month's beating of a Giants fan.

"They don't need to be offering alcoholic beverages at half price when they can't handle the crowd at full price," he said.

The Giants said they've raised nearly $70,000 to help with Bryan Stow's medical bills. The 42-year-old paramedic remains in a medically induced coma.

Police continue to search for the two suspects.
